Eligible returns
We are happy to accept your returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
You can return a purchase in the following situations:
- You received a different product from what you ordered
- The product you received is not the quality you expected
*Please note we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
The refund process
If you do need to return any items, we’ll provide you with a full refund or replacement product. We’ll even pay for return shipping!
How it works:
- Contact us with your order ID for a returns approval
- Ship your item(s) back to us by standard post
- On receipt of your item(s) we will send you a full refundor ship your replacement product
- We refund your return shipping costs (standard shipping only)
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
We will not refund or exchange for change of mind.
Please note that item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
How to return an item
Please contact us with your order ID and state the reason for the return. Do not return any items without approval, as we will not be responsible for your shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty items
If you received a faulty product or your purchase has been damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP with your order ID.
